We have spent many years finding our mares.  When we choose our mares, we keep our breeding goals in mind above our hopes for colored foals.  Though opportunities come along all the time to buy mares that would produce color for us, we choose to only buy those that will provide us with the attributes and breeding we want in addition to color.
